Protein Omelete



This is that omelette recipe I make whenever I run out of ideas for lunch. It's quick, tasty, has simple ingredients that are always in my fridge, and meets the protein goal per meal with 55g of protein!


Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 100ml of egg whites

  • 100g of shredded chicken breast

  • 1 slice of Swiss cheese

  • A pinch of garlic powder

  • A pinch of oregano

  • 363 kcal

  • 55g of protein

  • 1.8g of carbohydrates

  • 13.8g of fat



    Preparation


    Preheat a pan well and grease it with olive oil or avocado oil if it's not non-stick. Beat the egg and egg whites in a bowl and pour into the pan. After a few seconds, add the shredded chicken, cheese, and seasonings. Fold the omelette in half and let it cook on low heat until the cheese melts.
